Gold metallic insert in transparent body with fluorescent green coach dog markings, nose and tail. This lure is illustrated the 1984 Smith fishing tackle catalog (a Japanese tackle distributor) as shown in the background of the picture. The "/G" stands for "gold" as the others shown have a "/S" and have metallic silver inserts.
