NBS - Nickel, Black Scale?

Shiny silver, chrome or nickel plate body with black scales on spine, black face, solid silver belly, no eye pattern. This is a uncatalogued color for lure and dates to the 1970's based on the packaging. The name for this color code has not been documented.
