RFOS - Red Fluorescent, Orange Belly, with Spots?

Red Fluorescent body with orange belly, black spots. Dates to the early 1970'ss based on the packaging style. This is very similar to the color Fluorescent, Black Spot (RFL) but this color has the orange belly. The color name hasn't been documented but is a educated guess.
