SGA - Spotted Green Ape


COLOR NAME: Spotted Green Ape
COLOR CODES: SGA, JPS
LURE(S) PICTURED: Baby Lucky 13 (R2400SGA), Lucky 13 Spook (X2500JPS), Chugger Spook (X9540SGA)
DESCRIPTION:

Baby Lucky 13: Green body with silver and black spots, green spine, white and orange belly, silver on either side of head around the eyes.

In 2013, the Japanese tackle company, Smith, special ordered this color from Heddon and it was color coded JPS with the notable difference being the magenta chin color. This color is sometimes referred to by collectors as Spotted Ape. The South Bend Tackle Company made lure in this same color in the late 1950's and early 1960's called Aluminum Color Body, Red, Green and Black Markings, color code SH.
