VGR - White, Orange Spots, Luminous?

COLOR NAME: White, Orange Spots, Luminous?
COLOR CODES: VGR
LURE(S) PICTURED: Tadpolly, 9000VGR
DESCRIPTION:

White body with red or orange spots, luminous finish, i.e., glows in the dark when exposed to a light source. The finish feels somewhat 'rough' as is typical for the "Glo" color lures made by Heddon in the late 1970's and early 1980's. This dates to the same time period based on the box style.
